NewspaperClips.com Releases Two New Features
More customization added to news clipping service
TALLAHASSEE 4/12/06– NewspaperClips.com CEO, Brent Golemon, announced the release of two new services: Broadcast Buddy and Lab Reports.
Broadcast Buddy gives subscribers the ability to customize the content that they send to others.
“Through subscriber feedback, we have discovered that many use the NewspaperClips service to email articles to others within their own organization. They would like for these emails to contain a 'look and feel' that is consistent with their organization. Broadcast Buddy provides them with that extra level of control,” commented Golemon.
This new service includes the ability to adjust the format of the article links, include advertising banners in emails, and provide customized text/commentary on the news, etc.
Lab Reports is a reporting feature that provides subscribers with analysis on the usage of the NewspaperClips service by tracking keyword and email activity. “Using Lab Reports, our subscribers will be able to track how many of their keywords are captured over a period of time, track who and how many email recipients opens the daily news, track users of our popular Publisher service, and track which articles are viewed the most,” stated Golemon.
“Giving our subscribers even more than what they expected from a news clipping service is what keeps us going,” said Golemon. “We strive to meet and exceed our client’s needs and expand our service directly from their suggestions.”
These new services will be included as part of our Greyhound and Great Dane packages, and can be added on to any other package through a subscription.
